Fling Together was founded in 2020 with the mission to bridge the gap and maintain the bonds within the global highland dance community throughout the challenges of the COVID-19 pandemic. As we move forward, we remain dedicated to upholding the values that sparked the inception of our non-profit – inclusivity, camaraderie, and a steadfast desire to work collectively to further our shared passion, Highland Dance. In this spirit, we have created the Fling Together Collective Scholarship Program. We will offer 2 scholarships: one for an American dancer traveling abroad to participate in an unpaid highland dance performance opportunity (tattoo, cultural tour, or stage show) and one for international dancers traveling to the USA to participate in an unpaid highland dance performance opportunity (tattoo, cultural tour, or stage show). Join us as we continue to celebrate the story of our global highland dance family, forging connections that transcend borders.

Applications will Open Spring 2025

Scholarships will be decided by an independent selection committee with representatives from USA, Canada, Scotland & Australia
