ChampFit Workshop

We are thrilled to have Bec Moore of Footwork Highland Dancers back with us for some more ChampFit fun! Squats, sheddings and a sweaty good time . . . that’s what you can expect from Footwork's ChampFit workshop! They've blended some classic highland steps with a few of their favourite cross training exercises to create a one-hour workshop that focuses on the cardio, strength and power you need to crush a Championship or the long dances typical of a tattoo. This session will focus on Seann Triubhas and Reel. Everyone is welcome with teacher approval, however the class is recommended for premier dancers 12 yrs and older.

This class is being offered by donation benefitting the Fling Together Scholarship Program.
